Feel free to ask the Personal Chef a question, option (1) is to call them, number available in profile. Option (2) you can use the private messaging system when sending a message, you are cloaked, the Private Chef does not know who you are unless you tell them. This gives you the freedom to hire or not hire without the guilt of saying no.
